    CDS2 provides engineering acquisition, program planning, and management support spanning all DoD-5000 decision milestones and phases for Acquisition Categories (ACATs) I through IV. We determine the right balance of efficiency and innovation by tailoring systems, electronics, and engineering solutions to support complex acquisition management and logistics for government and commercial customers.     Foreign Military Sales Project Management

    CDS2 provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management and FMS follow-on technical support. We provide direct engineering management and support to the Government FMS teams, and coordinate with the International Programs Office (IPO) to meet the unique needs of foreign military customers. CDS2 ensures product orders are on schedule and at cost while maintaining quality and performance standards across multiple configurations platforms, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). We provide technical and administrative support in program management, production, quality, logistics, engineering, and special projects; and we also prepare contract statements of work and performance specification modifications, identify and analyze risks, and analyze Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). We provide technical recommendations to the FMS team lead, track and verify production, manage contract modifications and waivers, generate inspection and acceptance reports, and produce Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) documentation.
