CDS² Acquires Counterpoint Assessments, LLC

Washington, DC, February 26, 2007 - Command Decisions Systems and Solutions, Inc., has acquired Counterpoint Assessments, LLC, a Homeland Security Solutions and Strategic Risk Mitigation firm. Counterpoint Assessments, a long time affiliate of CDS² and well known for their success in strategic contingency and incident response planning, is the originator and key implementation partner for Total Security Management (TSM). J. Michael Barrett, the founder, President and CEO of Counterpoint Assessments and the TSM concept is returning to government service as the Director of Strategy and Resources for the White House Homeland Security Council. "Counterpoint prides itself on providing comprehensive, value-added assessments and solutions for today’s complex challenges.
