CDS2 incorporated in February 1994, as a niche research, analysis, strategic planning and decision support consulting firm, and has nearly fifteen years experience serving both industry and the government in initiating new programs and obtaining federal funding to bring new capability and solutions to market.
Immediately following the 9/11 events, CDS2 created a strategy for moving aggressively into new federal, state and local government markets with an energized organization, robust service offerings and innovative solutions, along with a New Name, New Focus and New Priorities.
Since that strategic move in late 2001, we have expanded our niche, consulting practice into four distinct lines of business and have rapidly grown serving a diversified customer base as a Prime Contractor and Subcontractor. CDS2 also received the US Small Business Administration’ certification as a Section 8(a) and Woman-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business Concern, along with several other requisite qualifications required for Federal, State and Local government contracting.
